Fathers Day is fast approaching and it’s come early in our house as we have been busy reviewing a few fab products that are ideal as a gift for Fathers Day.
I love this book it was really easy to personalise with names, siblings, a photo and some facts about Daddy. When the book arrived I was so pleased with it, it’s great quality and I was really surprised with Ava’s reaction. She loves having her Daddy’s face on the pages. Every page that you show her she finds his face and touches it and tries to kiss it saying Dada. Its very cute and Daddy says it makes him feel very special. This gift is something that they will enjoy together for years to come. The story is also pretty funny and asks questions that would be engaging for an older child. Finlay 5 and Kyle 8 also love the book.
It’s Your Story also do some other fab personalised gifts.
We have this shirt in stone and it is also available in white and chambray. I don’t think you can go wrong with a linen shirt for a man. They can be dressed up or down and this one is a nice fit on Daddy. The boys said he looked cool when wearing it so it has their seal of approval. I think it looks nice with a pair of shorts, smart casual.
Packaged in a modern, manly, signature print wash bag is a good sized shaving cream, face wash, shower gel and face cream. Blighty’s say that a true gentleman ensures his clothes are tailored and he is groomed to perfection. True to their passion for creating high quality British manufactured products, Blighty’s have captured and bottled the essence of luxury in their fabulous male grooming set.
I liked the bag and the fact that the products contain natural ingredients like witch hazel and aloe vera. Daddy likes the bag as he can use it when he is travelling for work and says that the products don’t irritate and smell nice. I can confirm that he does indeed smell nice after using them.
4. Handmade Footprint Card
If you like making presents this is a quick and easy present that Daddy loved! You will need white card, red paint and a pen. Paint the bottom of their feet with red paint and press onto the card. Try to place them in a heart shape. I did this on a square piece of card so that we could frame it or you could make it as a card.
Disclosure: We were sent samples of the above products, however as usual all thoughts and opinions are my own.
