Living Arrows – A rare peaceful moment

After a long break from Living Arrows and looking back through my old posts, I’ve realised I miss them. I miss capturing the little moments that are going past so quickly. So I’m back with a new post this week.

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows, are sent forth”  Kahlil Gibran

I took these photo’s yesterday at one of our favourite places to go locally, Castle Ashby Gardens. We met my parents and sister there for Fathers Day. James was working all day so it was nice to be able to spend some time with them and my Dad of course. The gardens are always beautiful no matter the time of year and all three of them love exploring through them.

I love this photo of the boys, a rare peaceful moment. It’s very hot so we manage to find a place to dip our feet in and cool down.

  1. They are both very beautiful pictures. There’s nothing like exploring a garden or dipping your toes in cool water on a hot day. #livingarrows

  2. That’s a beautiful photo of your boys. It was so hot on Sunday! x #LivingArrows

  3. I love those old greenhouses and the rows of thick terracotta pots. It’s a lovely photo, I love her little legs.

Oh I love it when you find nice gardens to wander around – they are some of our favourite places x

  5. This is my first year of joining in with Living Arrows and I am so glad I do it, like a little diary, recording our weekends. We love wandering round gardens too, nice to find one local that you love. Beautiful greenhouse picture #LivingArrows
