I never used to like coffee, however over the last few years I have developed a taste for it and am now a huge fan. The best type of coffee is one made by someone else and brought to you in bed, in the morning, with a bacon sandwich! I love flavoured lattes with my favourite being gingerbread in the winter and vanilla in the summer. As I can’t have dairy or soya I have been making them at home with ground coffee in a coffee machine with almond milk frothed up in a milk frother.
I was very excited when I was offered the chance to review a Beanies stash box, full of 9 different flavoured jars of instant coffee. I don’t usually have instant coffee so I wasn’t sure what to expect taste wise. I tried the gingerbread first and it smells amazing. Using the milk warmer/frother I was able to turn it into a flavoured latte. The very vanilla and nutty hazelnut are also my favourites. I wasn’t as keen on the Double Chocolate, however the great thing about the stash box is that there are flavours for everyone. James likes the Cinnamon Hazelnut which means there is more of the ones I like for me. The jars of coffee are a good size and contain only 2 calories a cup and are sugar free. You could add sugar to sweeten the coffee but I found I didn’t really need it due to the flavours.
I’m really pleased I discovered the brand and am looking forward to trying the ground coffee and Christmas flavours next. You can buy Beanies at Tesco for £2.50 for a 50g jar. Or the stash box containing all 9 flavours in 50g jars retails at £22.50.
I am able to offer 1 lucky reader the chance to win a Beanies stash box of 9 50g jars of flavoured instant coffee. RRP £22.50. You can enter via the Rafflecopter below, head to my Facebook page for an extra entry. Good luck.
