Big Little Lies, Some Sun & Original Tiles – Little Loves

Well what a weird week it’s been, the weathers been as up and down as my mood! I went to see around Delapré Abbey on Friday before it opened to the public this weekend and it is so beautiful. The picture below is of some of the original tiles. It’s a great family day out, as you can touch everything, so perfect for inquisitive kids. The boys break up for Easter on Friday for 2 weeks and Ava breaks up the following week meaning I’m going to have 3 weeks of not being able to get much work done, so I need to make sure I cram as much as possible in this week, wish me luck!

Read

I’ve started reading The Witch Finder’s Sister, it’s about the witch trials in England 400 years ago. The story blends truth and fiction together into a gripping read. I’m only a few chapters in but I’m already hooked.

Watched

Big Little Lies! We downloaded Now TV so that we could watch it and binge watched the whole series in a week. It’s one of those programmes that stays with you as it addresses some serious topics like domestic violence, friendships, relationships and much more. It was really well done!

Heard

This playlist! Can you tell I’m craving some sun?!

Made

A video of my recent Spring fashion buys from Primark. I would love it if you could have a watch.

Wore

This outfit;

Got my legs out a bit today for the first time this year and it felt good! Although they are definitely a bit pale so I might need to dig out some fake tan! Has anyone else got their ankles/legs out yet? I can’t wait for sandal weather! And Lastly ….

I finally had my hair cut on Friday and it feels so much better! I hadn’t had it done since Christmas so it really needed doing. It’s amazing what a fresh colour and cut can do for your mood!

    Ooh I love your Primark choices! I have no idea why I never go in there, I think I’ll have to once I’m at my target weight and treat myself 🙂

  2. You hair looks fab, and I love your outfit. I got some really comfy pumps recently from River Island I love them and walked miles in them at the weekend. Oooh 3 weeks is a long time you will be ready for them all to go back after xx

  3. Oh that outfit is gorgeous on you – the perfect colours! I do love a little Primark haul, it’s great for a quick and cheap refresh of your wardrobe isn’t it? xx

    I love your outfit in the picture, and isn’t it lovely that a few hints of Spring are in the air (my legs look almost white they’re that pale so I think some fake tan is in order before I brave getting them out). The Witch Finder’s Sister sounds a great book, I need to add it to my reading list. xx

  5. Your whole post has got me craving Spring/Summer. I love your outfit and I’m going to put that playlist on in the car today. We always play chill out Summer music like that during the warmer months. I love the sound of that book. I’m so interested in anything witch based. I’m definitely adding it to my must read list! I also really want to see Big Little Lies, I’ve heard so many good things about it. I hope you manage to get lots done before the Easter break! #LittleLoves
