Using frozen berries added a coldness to the drink without the need for ice. I added these to the glass first before topping with a measure of Bullards Strawberry & Black Pepper Norwich Gin.

I then topped the Gin cocktail up with Elderflower tonic water as it is my favourite. However I think this would work really nicely with the new Clementine Tonic Water with Cinnamon!

I finished the Christmas Gin Cocktail off with a sprig of fresh Rosemary.

As it was a Friday afternoon I did have a try of the Christmas Gin Cocktail and I think it is my new favourite.

I will definitely be making this as my drink of choice over Christmas!

I was sent this amazing bottle of Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin by the lovely people at 31Dover. They stock a huge range of not only Gin but every kind of alcoholic drink you can think of and even mixers and barware. They have some great gift ideas on there too!
