I have a little confession to make, I don’t really like green things. You will never find me eating a brussel sprout, enjoying cabbage or even piling my plate high with broccoli. I have every intention of eating them and then I just can’t bring myself to do it. I end up pushing them around my plate. People always assume I’m really healthy and yes I do eat healthily and I am making a current effort to improve my diet, I can actually eat spinach now! But I could still be a lot better.
