I’m so excited to finally be able to say that I’m definitely going to BritMums Live. This will be my first year at the event, I really wanted to go last year and jealously watched other bloggers feeds fill with excitement. I couldn’t as Ava was at that awkward crawl everywhere stage meaning I couldn’t take her and I didn’t want to leave her overnight. This year is different and I can’t wait!
I’m also really pleased that my #BML16 sponsor is Mustela.
Mustela are the skincare experts for babies and mothers to be. With Mustela, you can find all the skin-care products, treatments for babies’ minor skin problems and advice for mothers-to-be before and after giving birth.
If you follow my blog you will know of the troubles we have had and have with Ava’s skin. Being eczema prone we have to be careful of the products that we use on her. Mustela’s range are hypoallergenic and contain a high level of natural ingredients. They are also nasty free and committed to research. I’m going to be featuring some of their products on the blog over the next few months. We are currently using the SPF50+ very high protection sun spray which is suitable for all skin types including Atopic skin and sun intolerant skin. We’ve only used it a couple of times and I’m already impressed, no stickiness or heat rash on Ava when we have used it. We also have some of the skincare products and will be reporting back on if they help with Ava’s dry patches on her face.

Really interesting as Mia has just ‘started’ with eczema and I’m struggling to find products that are ok on her skin. We have stuff from the drs but its quite oily and it would be good to try other things. Will be watching how you get on with the skincare products 🙂

Am really interested to hear about this as my youngest teen has sufffered from bouts of Urticaria since she was young as well as eczema and more recently mild acne so finding products that don’t aggravate her skin is a lifelong mission of mine and particularly in the summer as all sun products seem to clog her skin and make it ten times worse.
